What if an item is Out of Stock?
We are so sorry that you weren’t able to get hold of your desired item.
You can leave your email address under “Notify me when item is available” if you wish to be notified. Once the item is available, a notification will be sent to your email.
What if an item is on backorder?
An item on backorder means that the item is currently not available at our warehouse but orders are indented from our suppliers when we received an order for it.
Please note that in case of certain circumstances of insufficient or discontinued stock as and when notified by our supplier, back orders may be cancelled. In such cases, we will keep you notified by email and we will process cash refunds for your items.
Can I cancel or make amendments to my order?
To ensure your order is smoothly processed and promptly delivered, we are unable to amend or cancel your order after confirmation.
If you have placed a wrong quantity, let us know by indicating the error in the reply to the order confirmation email and we will rectify the issue.
What if my order is urgent?
Usually your order will reach you within 3-5 working days. However, if it is urgent, we try our best to fulfil your order.

Do you accept returns of products?
All products sold are not refundable.
However, we do understand that there may be the rare occurence whereby the item you received may be damaged/defective or incorrect.
If your item is deemed to be damaged or defective, do contact us right away at email@example.com Please take a photo of the item and email it to us within 3-5 days of receiving your order. Any later than 3-5 days and we will not be able to process it for you. We seek your understanding on this matter.
Please note that Items intended to be returned or exchanged should be in their original packaging and condition as it was received. However, do take note that the items under the following categories are strictly non-exchangeable:
- Collars, leashes and harnesses (recovery e-collars included)
Returns, exchanges or refunds are not acceptable for damages caused by wear and tear or colour discrepancy.
What are the available modes of payment?
We accept payment via Paypal and Direct Bank Transfer.
- You will be able to pay via your debit/credit card via the Paypal Platform. You are able to proceed with payment even without a Paypal Account.
- Direct Bank Transfer to POSB Savings 126-67780-4 or DBS Paylah!
- This method allows you to make payment via bank transfers from a local bank.

What will happen after making Direct Bank Transfer/Paylah?
- Please note that payment has to be made within a 24 hours time frame, or your order will be deemed cancelled in the system.
- Please ensure that your i-Banking nickname corresponds with your My Happy Pawz account. You may also DBS Paylah! transaction to (65) 9670 0054
- Upon payment of your order, do keep us notified by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or send a text message/WhatsApp to (65) 9670 0054 with picture proof of payment.
Can I Pay Cash Instead?
Unfortunately, we are not accepting Cash on Delivery.
What Do I Need To Know About Payment?
- Until payment has been received, your order will strictly NOT be processed. This may cause delays in the delivery and final fulfilment of your order. Please aim to do so prior to 10AM the next working day.
- We reserve the right to deny the handover of goods if they have not been paid for.
Shipping & Delivery
How much do I have to spend to qualify for free courier shipping?
Courier Delivery or Smartpac is free for orders above S$59.90 for most areas; with the exception of some areas in Singapore.
Which are the Singapore locations not eligible for free courier delivery?
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver your items to the following locations :
- Changi Airport
- Jurong island
- Any other islands in Singapore
- Any Army Camps in Singapore
- Non-Existence Local Addresses
What other modes of shipping do you offer?
SingPost SmartPac envelope – S$4
SmartPac is a postage-paid service for delivery anywhere with the exception of the above locations in Singapore. You are expected to receive your items via Smartpac within 2-3 working days on non-festive months.
A tracking number will be provided to customers via email so that they may track their parcels. Your Smartpac will be delivered to your doorstep or be placed in your letterbox should you not be at home at time of delivery.
Before opting to use the SingPost SmartPac, please ensure that your items are able to fit within the SmartPac envelope. The dimension is as follows:
Envelope: 240mm (w) x 330mm (l), max weight 1kg
Note : SingPost is an external, third party delivery service that is not managed by My Happy Pawz. Any matters and/or disputes arising with regard to this will have to be settled between Singpost and the said Customer. My Happy Pawz will not be liable for any lost mail via smartpac service.
Paid Courier Delivery – S$10
Our courier will deliver your order to your doorstep within 2-3 working days upon confirmation of order and receipt of payment received.
How long will I expect to receive my item?
Usually once an order is placed and paid for, we will process it for delivery within 2 working days. Following which, you will receive an order confirmation. Items should reach you within a comfortable time frame of 3-4 working days.
We reiterate that no orders will be processed over the weekends, on the eve of public holidays and on all public holidays in Singapore.
